The team is responsive and there is a guide (in french) and the keys are easy to access but you have to go up to the 2/3rd floor to actually get to the room as I was initially wondering which door I was meant to use the key with. "Well-kept apartment with high quality furnishings! Superb location centreville, close to everything. Everything from the moment of check-in with a warm welcome from Jerome, to the comfortable beds with fresh cotton linens, spacious closets, and the small details of games to play and plentiful dishes and silverware made this a fantastic rental.Everything from supplies in the shower to towel warmers and hair dryer were provided. We highly recommend this rental!"

"A Ok apartment up 2 flights of stairs. Worse part was shower which was small and very slipper, my wife slipped and fell out bashing her head, and seriously brusing buttocks and toes. Otherwise well located for town...but there are a lot of roadworks outside and towards the main tram/bus stop, and towards station so walk from station with cashs is tough.... and uphill so if in doubt get a taxi"

"Joli appartement, propre et fonctionnel. Très bien situé et agréable. Ceci dit la douche est très moyenne, pression assez faible et vieillotte. Le robinet de la cuisine fuit et gicle…Clefs à une adresse, appartement à une autre, garage à une autre : un vrai parcours fléché.Le garage est vraiment difficile d’accès, très étroit. Le pire aspect de cette location.Il serait une bonne idée de rajouter quelques ventilateurs."
