"Our family (10 of us) loved our stay. The house was really well equipped and such an interesting building. There were lots of places to sit and relax whilst the kids could play games or swim. The night skies are magic to gaze at from the terrace. Lots of historical places to visit too. "

The house is in a wonderful area, very quiet and rural yet only 3-4km from the nearest villages/ small towns with lots of great restaurants etc. The house itself is wonderful - a true home from home. The garden is 'rustic' but great for lots of people and the dog. Note - it is not fully fenced in, although there are hedge boundaries and gates to the main road, so the dogs can (and ours did!) escape! "The facilities of this hotel are really nice (restaurant and pool) however our room needs a renovation. The carpet was so dirty we did not want to take our shoes off. Our room had a faint smell of cigarettes (maybe from the old carpet). Otherwise this hotel is really lovely and the staff were really kind! "
