"Beautiful place and surroundings. Spent too much on cab fare going to pickup points for sightseeing tours. Might be something I'm just not aware of."

"This was a very charming place to stay. The housekeeper was very sweet and accommodating. No matter what we needed or wanted, made it happen! Breakfast was fresh and there was plenty to eat. Less than a 10 minute walk to town with unique shops. A perfect spot to stay as a base for Loire Valley day trips too. "Amazing property! Enjoyed every minute!"

"Exceptional quality in a beautiful setting. Amazing place to stay for chateau lovers."

"Superb. Will certainly go back"

"The hotel is good overall. But I had a bumpy check-in on the first day. When I arrived around 9:20pm, the hotel front door was locked and dark inside. I knocked on the door and there was no answer. And it's on a very small and quiet street. I waited and waited, until a local lady passed by - from whom I asked for help, Luckily she found the number to call and helped me connect to the reception, and I was able to check in. I wish there were better solutions available for late arrivals."

"This was a very nice hotel in a convenient area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is no elevator so travelling with large luggage may be inconvenient with the stairs bit I did see hotel staff providing assistance with baggage. I definitely recommend this hotel if you want to be in walking distance of the city center."
