"We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Szuszana's house. The house is so spacious, so comfortable, beautifully furnished, and so cosy. The fireplace works super well and we had a great time celebrating christmas in the living room space around a fire. The living room is also large enough so that the children could play in one part of it while we were reading in another part or having dinner in the dining room. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking.We were there in the winter and so were not able to enjoy the outside, but it seems to be as great as the inside - a gorgeous park with olive trees, and a large swimming pool and outdoor kitchen.Lauris is a pretty village and has all amenities needed: great cheesemonger, butcher, baker, and so close to the stars of the region - Lourmarin, Ansouis, La Roque-D'Antheron etc...Last, Szuszana was the perfect host. Super responsive, flexible, generous, ready to answer any of our questions. Absolutely highly recommended house for a vacation in the Luberon!"

"From the time we arrived until we departed (too soon) we had a marvelous time. The gorgeous setting in Provence was perfect for our family of five. We could easily travel to towns like Gordes and Cassis to return to relax by the pool and dine in the patio kitchen. We even could watch some of the Olympics. Our host Peter greeted us when we arrived and had breakfast waiting for us our first morning. Truly a special time for our family! "

"The property itself is very pretty , great pool and very good food - however the owners lack of English and organisation skills are very limited - There is a very good manager but he seems to do everything for her because she is so chaotic ! For those that remember Faulty towers , this is the French version - you need a car to get to the nearest towns and villages , they are a long walk ! My room was fine but it needs updating and the rooms vary alot - the better rooms are in the first building near reception - it was okay but I’m not sure I would stay there again."

"Villa Esteve is a super villa for a family holiday. It is very well equipped and in a super location for walking into Menerbes. All the facilities were good apart from there being no alarm on the swimming pool, which we had been told there was. We were told by the pool man this had not worked for 2 years so should not have had to sign documents to ensure we use it. Burglar alarm was also not active. We really enjoyed our stay at the villa."

"The property is tired. The Kitchens repainted grey pine units are wearing. The Bathroom and Toilet have sanitary wear dating back to the 1960's. There is a feeling that while the equipment and furniture provided is plentiful it is all enjoying at least a second life here. The garden is uncared for. The grass/weeds were long and hadn't been cut when we arrived and wasn't cut during the two weeks we stayed there. The tubs are now just weeds. The Swimming Pool is good but on the small side at approx 6 x 4. It is however just one depth at about 1.4m so not suitable for small children and has no access other than a vertical ladder. There is no pool security e.g Fence, alarm shelter or weight bearing cover. As previously mentioned Pets will come back covered in Burrs from playing in the garden. The welcome was poor, the windows were dirty from the sandy rain in the previous week but not cleaned while we were there, the seat cushions had been blown off the seats while the garden sofa cushions were stacked on the table in the conservatory. The welcome pack which consisted of a bottle of wine forgotten initially arrived during the middle weekend. If you suffer from Mosquito bites there is little protection. No netting at the windows, no anti mosquito guards in the electric sockets. Lastly the property displays a for sale notice of land for division and construction by the entrance gates. That probably says more than anything else. The villa's in a lovely area."

"Very nice property where you can enjoy the nature and animals. A swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were also available. We were lucky because only two rooms out of 5 were occupied."
