"Our room was spacious and spotless. The facilities in the bedroom were well thought out. The communal part of the hotel were in keeping with building with many original features. Perfect stopover
"Such a friendly place. The guy who checked us in was welcoming, humorous and efficient. He worked so hard, I hope the company realise how great an asset he is. He manned reception, served our meal, ran the bar (thanks for the Negroni) and was there doing it all again at breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable and the food was exceptional both at dinner and breakfast. Rooms might be ready for an revamp but everything was clean and worked well. Certainly somewhere to book for a repeat visit, hopefully soon."
