"The ‘family’ room has no air conditioning. The upstairs rooms apparently do. We visited during some of the hottest days of the period and were provided one small fan. No inquiry by staff/owners about whether room was tolerable given known high temperatures. The folks that run the place were on property only in morning during our stay, no one on property in evening/night during that period (you call and leave a phone message if you have an issue). Property grounds very run down, surrounding town...
"En otroligt vacker oas på landsbygden med utmärkta rum, bekväma sängar, synnerligen vacker trädgård och en utsökt middag - missa inte den, behöver förbeställas! Ett jättetrevligt värdpar därtill, och finfin frukost. Lämnade inget mer att önska än mer tid att stanna där. "

Mondrian Bordeaux Les Carmes
10/10 Excellent
"Very comfortable hotel. Swimming pool and spa area good. Received lovely upgrade, with very comfortable room. Excellent bar staff, cocktails and wine list. Sommelier very knowledgeable and helpful. "
"This nice and modern aparthotel is well maintained and its location is very convenient as there is a tram station just half a block away. You can be in Bordeaux’s historic center in less than 20 minutes and if you’re traveling to the next destination by train, the train station (Saint-Jeanne) is just half an hour away at just 3.3 Euros per person. I highly recommend this hotel. I would book again. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel so I can’t comment about that. The staff is friendly and they explain well to you what you can do in town. "
"Good hotel outside of Bordeaux. Clean, modern and friendly/helpful staff. Parking is secure (decent size), however the tram stop (Pink line C) is right outside the hotel and it’s a 18 minute journey into the centre of Bordeaux and costs €1.90 pp per way (or €6 pp for 24 unlimited use) - perfect way to travel to see the city -
Also if you are a Tesla/electric car owner, there is a Tesla supercharger a few roads away.
