"I really like this hotel and stay here often. The room are comfortable and well equipped. (Though this visit I found my room a bit cold, the thermostat control is very cheap and hard to monitor). The staff are very helpful and friendly. Plus there is a really nice cafe/resto, Le Dillens, a few metres away"

"We had a great stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful, the lobby + garden area is beautiful, and the breakfast was good (especially their fresh breads and croissants). There were only minor issues which prevented this from being a true 5 star. Though the rooms seem renovated, our shower was leaking and the design of the shower (no door) guaranteed water splashing everywhere. The Wi-Fi is quite slow and unreliable inside the rooms. The windows have no nets so insects were able to enter (and having windows closed means the room was too hot/stuffy). All in all, some minor issues but they did not affect our positive experience. Overall, a great stay and we are looking forward to returning."

"Aurora at reception was wonderful. Very kind, passionate and professional. I stayed at the one bedroom. The room is spacious and has a lot of storage. Would be perfect for family long stay. Love the idea of separating the toilet with shower. They provide coffee, tea, milk and water 24hrs in the lobby. Amazing location. Loved every second I was there! Will definitely go back to stay again when in Brussels."

"The staff was super helpful and always happy to help. There was a nice lobby area with games and food / drinks for purchase. Hotel room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfy too! The only thing is they have an open shower and water gets everywhere. I'd still stay again if in need of a hotel in the area. At least the shower wasn't teeny tiny. But, you'll need an extra towel to leave on the floor to soak up all the water."
