"What a wonderful stay! We were warmly welcomed, given detailed recommendations for dinner in Chase, and then able to enjoy the outdoor space that evening. The room was spacious, relaxing, and we were delighted with the accommodations. Then, in the morning, breakfast was hearty, tasty, and a perfect way to start the day. Highly recommend."

"Everything was great except the view. I saved money using Expedia, but the room I got had a window that didn’t open and the view was of the main A/C cinder-block compound and giant A/C unit. I would suggest avoiding Room 201. This a hotel in the mountains near a beautiful lake. Views in every direction. Except 201."

"Halls looked like it had been ages since carpets were cleaned. Trouble getting tv to work. Telephone was broken so had to go down to front desk twice about the tv. Would be nice to have breakfast start at 6 so I could have it and be on the road by 7."

"A rare gem of a hotel! I could not recommend the Happy Salmon more - impeccably clean rooms, spacious and comfortable, exactly what we needed on our road trip through the Rockies. The staff were so kind and gracious (we were running late to check-in) and you can tell that this is a labor of love and how much they care about the property and your experience! Would definitely stay here again!"
