Hotel overall was great, with an exceptionally comfy bed. Shower and bath needed upgrading as bath floor was bouncy when showering and the shower faced the wrong wall (not into the bath). Loved the old feel about the place with crazy carpets and wallpaper, made the place very unique. Did not book parking, which was annoying as hotel valet parking was €15 a day vs €25 in Q parking opposite, not a big issue but their parking did look empty when we drive past. Highly recommend hotel and location

Hotellet mangler renovering Værelset nr.123 der mangler en kærlig hånd rengøringen på værelset kan blive bedre 1 : efter 3 uger med det samme sengetøj bør der være automatisk skift 2 : måtte ligge en seddel om at fylde sæbebeholder begge var tomme (der var gjort opmærksom på det en gang ) 3 : en kost på gulvet hver dag Dette er ikke personalet der ikke er ok Men der er plads til forbedringer for hvordan det skal gøres Måske mere tid Hotellet ligger fantastisk Det er et ældre hotel Personalet hjælper alt det kan Også ved serving

Le grand monarque n est plus. Quelle déception pour une nuit dans une suite à 300€ : - tâches nombreuses et importantes sur moquettes - meubles abîmés, en ce cas poussez le sujet jusqu à vintage patiné mais là ça fait mauvais genre. - nous avions réservé avec la chambre le restaurant gastronomique, on nous a écrit 2 jours avant qu il était plein, la chambre était déjà réservée et payée… - l accès au spa : nous avions réservé, aucune réservation n était faite et il faut payer .40€ de plus après avoir été en peignoir dans la rue pour y aller car l accès intérieur ne ficbrikke plus, spa moyen, fenêtres sales m, très sales et très nombreux carreaux manquants aux surfaces carrelées et couleur du liner marron par endroits. - parties communes en état moyen et poussière dans plusieurs endroits (y compris dans la chambre, ma femme s est même amusée à écrire son nom dessus) Désolé, pas au niveau du tout du tout du tout. Je regrette d avoir voulu y revenir 10 ans après un séjour précédent.

Extrêmement sale poussière cheveux partout , toilettes extrêmement sale, noir . Il y avait des choses sur le sol. Peignoir reçu en chambre jonché de tache noir, nous avons dû réclamé chausson/tong pour le spa. A peine de produit lavant de quoi faire 1 douche chacun c’était limite. Crème hydratante de quoi faire deux bras ensuite c’était terminé pareil pour les mouchoirs . C’était pourtant des gros contenant. Ça fait beaucoup pour un seul séjour. Nous sommes extrêmement déçu.
