"Arrived fairly late in the evening so didnt try Hotels facility and only staying the 1 night. Couldn't fault the receptionists. Check in & out went smoothly. Received room upgrade without any prompts, which was a nice welcome. As we come down to see family regularly we will definitely consider using the hotel again."

Had a problem with the toilet which kept filling with water the staff immediately attempted a fix that didn't work and was offered a change of room when I reported it was still not working which I accepted.
