"Excellent. Nothing bad to report about this hotel. Very clean and spacious room and nice, comfortable bed. There is a huge car park and one EV charging point (un-tethered) which I didn't use on this occasion. Can't report on the restaurant as we didn't eat there."

"Great location just a short drive from the beach. Plenty of shopping in walking distance and a nice farmers market on the doorstep when we were there. Helpful guide in the room detailing local activities and pleasant staff working throughout during our stay. The room was also well equipped and the bed super comfortable "

"This is a great and charming hotel. It looks a bit dated in the outside, but the facilities are great, specially the spa and food services. The town is small with great views of cliffs if you walk to the west. Lots of little shopping. The beach isn’t a plus as it’s rocky, but hotel has nice swimming options."

"The room was ensuite and well equipped and we found the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of options. We had the full English breakfast and were delighted with the high quality of the bacon etc. The swimming pool was heated and was available from early morning to late evening. The host -Craig - was always very friendly and helpful. We plan to stay there again whenever visiting that area of Devon. "
