I went back and forth with VRBO trying to get in touch with someone. Once we were in London, ready to check-in we had to wait for over an hour to finally hear back from the host and then he cancelled our reservation. My family of 6 with 4 children were left stranded in London with no place to stay. Do not rent this property. "
