The check-in process was very simple, the host outlined EVERYTHING, before & during the stay & a notebook provided instructions on literally everything - there isn't anything she did not leave out. The ONLY thing I would say that is it difficult to find, it is upstairs, the stairs are steep, you hear road noise, there weren't any blackout curtains.
