Clean Up:

- Rinse and load any used dishes in the dishwasher before checkout.
- Take out all trash and place it in the garbage bin located in the front yard.
- No parties or loud music after 11 pm
- Lock all doors in the house upon exiting and checking out
- Make sure to return any used guest parking passese



Energy Saving:

Turn off all lights, A/C units, and fans when not in use and before checkout.

Parking Pass:

If you use the guest parking pass for street parking, please return it to the entryway table upon checkout. A $40 replacement fee will apply for any missing passes.

Smoking Policy:

Smoking (including cannabis) is permitted only in the enclosed sunroom and front patio. Please refrain from smoking indoors or in other areas of the property to keep a clean and fresh area for all guests. If any smoking inside the premises is discovered there will be a $400 fine.

Pet Policy:

Up to 1 pet is allowed on the property.

Wood Stove:

Do not use the wood stove in the basement, as it is currently non-operational!

Parties & Gatherings:

Parties are strictly prohibited. Small gatherings must be approved prior to your stay.

Unauthorized Guests:

Unauthorized guests outside of the 16 guests allowed/included on the reservation will incur a charge of $50 per person per night.

Great house!

Stayed for a quick trip to go to a UVA basketball game. Host was very responsive leading up to the stay. House was well appointed, clean and very accommodating. Host was responsive throughout the duration with any questions. Would definitely recommend!

We loved our stay. House was perfecf for our group of two families staying together. Beds were very comfortable, everything was extremely clean and organized and the host was great and very helpful. Easy walk to the Corner and to the Downtown Mall. We loved sitting on the back screened porch and the kids loved the fun basement. We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for such a great experience.

Great NYE Experience in cville

The property and host exceeded our groups expectations for our trip, which were already quite high. The location and walkability between the University and the downtown mall is excellent and the house is in amazing and comfortable shape. Any questions or requests were quickly resolved by the host. I will look again for this property for any future trips to Charlottesville!
