The cottage features king size bed, ensuite bath, fully stocked kitchen, living/workspace with comfortable sleeper sofa, mature landscaping for privacy, and covered front porch. Hometract is a quiet 3-acre property with terraced garden views. Visit our chicken coop, relax in the hammock, or walk to the garden shop or Duner's restaurant.

Hometract is located in historic Ivy, a rural area characterized by mature forests and rolling hills. We have the privacy of a rural area with few neighbors but also easy access to I-64 & Rt. 250 putting Crozet, Ivy, Charlottesville, Monticello, Keswick, and more all within easy reach. We are walkable to the Ivy Corner Garden and Gift Shop, local favorite Duner's Restaurant, and the Wine & Country gift shop. Boars Head Resort is only 5 minutes down the road with its golf course, restaurants, spa, and music and events. The Foxfield Races are only 10 minutes away.
