"House advertised with air conditioning, the only air conditioning is in the living room and kitchen area. We stayed at the house on a warm May weekend and the upstairs bedrooms (5) were very uncomfortable, thermostats for the heat were reading 80+ degrees, each room had at least one window that was broken and not able to be opened. We alerted the property manager as soon as we arrived and nothing was done for 2.5 days, when someone did come out they confirmed it was hot but nothing could be...

"I chose this location because it was right on the water, and pet friendly, prerequisites for our vacation choice. The house is beautiful inside; clean, roomy, and perfect for our family size and gathering. We were celebrating my 70th birthday, and it could not have been a more memorable experience. "Comfortable, climate control worked well. Bathroom was clean. Floor was cold, but that doesn't bother me. Within walking distance of some good eats. not recommended if you're sensitive to loud sounds as its close to the airport and lots of vehicle traffic might keep someone up all night but I'm deaf in one ear so no worries for me."
