My family and I had a great stay at this property, the home was great, very clean, and accommodated all of us very well. Great lake view, the quiet cove was a great place to swim and kayak. Renting the boat was very easy, and we enjoyed the lake everyday on it. Highly recommended! Thank you!

We decided to go away for a weekend on extremely short notice and we found this property to be available, and it was a great stay! It was overall clean and the provided linens were very convenient. If you’re going to stay here, absolutely rent the boat - it’s worth it. **spiders are a thing, but just bring a spray bottle of peppermint oil diluted with water and spray in necessary areas.

Clean and well-maintained house right on Lake Norman. Lots of fun indoor and outdoor spaces for the whole family. Great kitchen and grill but plenty of good dining options nearby. The owner was responsive and attentive and the access to boat and drop off WaveRunner rental was great.

Place was really nice and super comfortable! We had 2 families and enjoyed sitting by the dock and using the fire pit! Our families also logged many hours on the arcade game! Lots of competitions for high score! Thanks for a great place!

We had a wonderful time at Lake Norman and this property was the majority of the reason. Very nice and clean inside and out with wonderful lake views. The owner was responsive and easy to work with - check-in and check-out were a breeze. Planning another stay in the future.

My family and I rented the house for Presidents’ Day weekend and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The house is well appointed and the location is great. There are lots of things for the kids to when not out on the water. The dock is very nice and we rented the pontoon which worked out perfectly. Would definitely visit again and recommend the property to our family and friends.

Our Family had a great time at this property, it was clean, well maintained, and provided all the essentials we needed. The house was just as described and is in a great location on the lake. Very nice home. Enjoyed easy access to lake. Rented a pontoon for couple days. For me the lake is the most enjoyable part of the vacation. The kitchen could use some nicer pots and pans but overall a very nice home.

This house worked perfect for two families. Plenty of sleeping areas for everyone and the house had everything we needed. The location is wonderful on the lake, nice quiet cove to swim in, kayak, and renting the pontoon from the owner was so easy! Plenty of games in the house to keep everyone busy. We had 5 kids age ranges 15-22 and they always had something to do. Thank you for sharing your house with us. I was also super impressed with the check out process and I appreciate not having to do a lot of tasks in the morning when we have flights to get to.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the house and all it had to offer. From the game room, ping pong, basketball, playground and fire pit to the beautiful lake and boat, we all had the best time. The location of the house was perfect with gorgeous views, being able to swim off the dock, easy access to the lake, and it was very close to a grocery store. The kitchen was well stocked and the furniture was comfy. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay on Lake Norman.

We really enjoyed the spacious clean home, location and views. We spent time feeding the ducks, swimming in the warm clear lake and puttering around the beautifully landscaped yard and dock. There was lots more to do with ping pong, pool table and kids outdoor equipment. Our dog loved it too. We will be back! The owner was responsive and attentive.

Enjoyed our stay in Sherrill’s Ford! The house is a perfect size and has everything we needed. Large bedrooms and nice bathrooms. Wonderful large dining room table and comfy living room. Plenty of seats for all. Beautiful kitchen with large island. Love love love the shady (but perfectly sunny in places) yard. Great view of the lake. enjoyed the pool table, video game (who knew I could still play Ms. PacMan??) and kayaks. We enjoyed it so much!

Came to this house for rest and relaxation and it was perfect! The house is so clean, welcoming and homey. The furnishings are beautiful. The kitchen has anything and everything you could possibly need. There is plenty to do, games, puzzles, pool table, arcade, etc....The bed was so comfortable it was hard to get out of it every day. The neighborhood is so nice, quiet and no traffic going through. The location on the lake is fantastic with a great view from every where. Great stores and restaurants are just a short drive away. The owner was wonderful. Jumped to answer every question and to accommodate my needs. Could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend for families.
