Summary:
The Davidson Studio has its own entrance, has a queen size bed, couch, dresser, fridge, stove, oven, shower, TV, WiFi. Everything you need for a quite stay. I am less than 2 miles to Downtown Davidson and lots of restaurants.
The green way runs right in front of the house for walking or running.

The Space:
Guest can use the deck and patio furniture to relax outside. They can also use the grill. The main house is also an Airbnb.

Guest Access:
You can come and go as you please you have your own entrance. Located at the front door is a push button key pad.
To light up the key pad touch the bottom left corner and then put your code in. Please let the lock open all the way before
opening the door. You should receive your code with the check in instructions 48 hours before check in. If you don't receive
them please let me know.

The Neighborhood:
Very quiet neighborhood. Park is at the end of the street. Ballfields are close. The greenway runs in front of the house.

Other Things to Note:
Enjoy yourself relax and enjoy Davidson and the surrounding areas.

This was the perfect stay after a long day of traveling. It was very clean and as advertised in the listing. The bed was very comfortable and we felt right at home. Neighborhood seemed safe and check in instructions were clear.

Location location location

Great location for solitude and site seeing. Best of both worlds from this place. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to lots of things to see and great places to eat. Highly recommend !

Birth of 5th Grandchild

Always a perfect place for our visits to the Davidson area. This is our second stay here and we will continue to utilize this property on future visits. Conveniently located, always clean and comfortable and Mike is always quick to respond and reach out.

This studio was perfect for our stay. Very clean and had all amenities we needed. Great location and great neighborhood, close to Davidson College campus. Will definitely be staying again in the future. Mike was great and responsive as a host.

Stayed here for two nights when we came to watch the wildcats play ! It was a great location and great place to stay ! Only down fall was the bed was a little hard , but we loved it and a great studio for a weekend trip!

Charlotte Coke a cola 600 trip

We were looking for something close to the track and in our prices range. We knew we wouldn’t be around much, we were touring, and it was great to easily come and go. It looked exactly as it was promoted. Mike was awesome to deal and we were very happy with our accommodations..

Great home base for family reunion

We were in Davidson for a family reunion - and the studio was perfect. I helped with some breakfast casseroles - and the kitchen made that easy. We enjoyed a morning run - by stepping out the door and heading to the Greenway. Thanks for hosting!

This was just what we needed for a three night graduation weekend stay. A few minutes from downtown Davidson but out of the fray. We didn't cook there but the cookware, knives etc ciuld use some work. Wonderful stay. Thanks

Great weekend getaway!

This unit was very clean and had everything we could need. We just stayed for a night to go to a concert in Charlotte - it’s about a 25/30 minute drive to downtown and PNC pavilion (different directions) but it was a great location. Very safe, very clean, extremely easy check in and check out process
