And when the sun sets, gather around the beautiful stone fire pit, facing the lake, for an evening of stories and s'mores.

The newly fenced saltwater pool features a sunning deck with two chairs and an umbrella—ideal for lounging. Whether you prefer to soak in the sun or relax in the shade, the outdoor space at Bright Water Cove is designed to fulfill all your vacation needs.

As you enter the home, you'll immediately feel at ease. The fresh, modern shiplap decor and abundant natural light create an inviting atmosphere, enhanced by the stunning two-story floor-to-ceiling windows that allow the natural beauty of the outdoors to pour in. The large living area features gleaming hardwood floors and is complemented by two open dining areas, perfect for accommodating up to 16 guests. On the upper level, you’ll find two newly carpeted bedrooms, one with two queen beds and the other with a queen bed. A new addition to Bright Water Cove is a brand-new bunk room, designed with kids in mind! - This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- No events, group gatherings, or parties are allowed at any AvantStay property under any circumstances.
- Due to natural fluctuations, we’re unable to provide specific water depth information at any given time. The majority of docks in this area are generally suitable for most average-sized pontoons and ski boats. However, since boat drafts can vary, guests are encouraged to refer to Lake Norman nautical charts, GPS systems, and depth maps—and rely on their own knowledge of their vessel’s specifications—to ensure safe navigation.
- Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $250 per day and must be requested at least 24–48 hours prior to check-in. Please note that pool heat is not available between May 1 to September 15.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we cannot always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
