Whether you are craving adventure with the included kayaks/paddleboards, enjoying a game of ping pong, or seeking pure relaxation in the hot tub overlooking the lake, there’s something here for everyone!

As you arrive at this "wonder"ful home you'll find ample parking for you and your guests! Step inside and immediately be immersed with stunning lake views from the top deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and features a designated coffee bar, while the outdoor deck offers breathtaking seating and dining options for the whole family to enjoy!
 
The property offers a long list of amenities for you and your guests to enjoy. Deep water means deep water fishing! The private dock sports DEEP Lake Norman water (typically in excess of 20+ feet) and can accommodate most boats though we cannot guarantee that it will suit all boats. If you are bringing your own boat, please let us know so we can check for proper accommodations. In addition to bringing your boat you can also enjoy two kayaks and two paddleboards for those who wish to explore the calm morning or evening waters. We cannot guarantee lake levels as they do change daily. **Prior to use of the dock, personal boat/watercraft, paddle board, and kayak we ask that you PLEASE review and sign our Dock, Boat, Personal Watercraft, Paddle Board, and Kayak waiver.**

One of our favorite spots is located a few steps above the dock on the overlook platform. Unwind in our tall Adirondack chairs with a glass of wine and take in the expansive views of Lake Norman.

Relax with a quiet movie night with the family on our 75" Sony TV downstairs or challenge your guests to a friendly game of ping pong in the game room. Best your guests in poker night or step out to amazing lake views, egg chairs, and hot tub heated year-round located right outside the game room doors.

The hot tub overlooks fantastic lake views and can accommodate 6 people! Enjoy the Lake Norman State Park views with undeniable relaxation! We do ask that you please sign our Hot Tub Hold Harmless Agreement prior to use.

Our home provides three spacious bedrooms with memory foam mattresses (one king sized, one queen sized, and two queen-sized bunk beds) with enough space for all your guests! Each bedroom comes with a 55" Roku TV connected to high-speed internet to allow for easy streaming and ability to unwind after a long day at the lake. The master bedroom located downstairs offers astonishing lake views along with a private bathroom. It also includes a dedicated workspace perfect for those working remotely while enjoying a serene and relaxing environment. Each bathroom is equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and fresh towels.

For those requiring use a washer/dryer with dedicated pods and bounce sheets is available in the basement next to the private master bathroom.

The breathtaking long-range views of Lake Norman are made possible by the elevated location of the property. **However, PLEASE note that there are many steps leading down to the dock (67 steps down path 1 or 86 steps down path 2). If you have any accessibility concerns, please take this into consideration.**

We kindly ask that you respect the neighbors and keep noise levels down, as this is a quiet residential neighborhood. Code-enforced quiet hours are from 10pm-7am, and a decibel monitor system is in place to help minimize noise complaints. Please avoid parking on the street and keep all vehicles within the driveway. For your safety and the security of the property, there are two exterior cameras at this location.

Renter/Lease waives and assumes risk and will release owner from all liability for injuries which may result from participation in use of the property or physical activity (i.e. swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, boating). By agreeing to rent the home through VRBO, Renter/Leasee acknowledges the risks associate with the property and activities performed while renting the property for all guests. You are responsible for any potential injuries or damages occurred while using amenities. Replacement fees will be charged if items are lost or broken. Please enjoy responsibly. All private boating activities will require insurance and a boater's license.
