I booked the room for the swimming pool for my son and the pool was under maintenance so it was a wasted purchase and the company didn’t do anything to make it right. 👎👎👎

I chose this hotel because it had a kitchenette and an indoor pool. When we got there and I inquired about the pool, I was told it was closed indefinitely for maintenance. This ruined my trip because I really, really wanted to swim. There was no trash can in the bathroom which is the most important place to have a trashcan. The USB outlet near my bed was broken and completely unusable. There was a lot of dirt in the corner of the bathroom by the shower. Our keycards randomly didn't work one night so we had to go around the building in the rain to get them activated again.
