Pet fees way to high compared to other Hampton's. Asked for commenitary bottle of water next morning before leaving I was informed that was $3. Don't stay here money hungry!

we stayed at this Hampton Inn because of location and pet friendly. Front desk personnel were not welcoming. when i was checking in informed them my daughter had a small dog. I was informed that the one night charge was $75 dollars!! What a shock since the pass 2 nights I stayed at another Hampton Inn in Virginia and the rate was $50 for a 4 night stay. I think the $75 is an exorbitant charge for a one night stay of 14 hours or so. If this is this is the type inconsistences I will be experiencing with Hampton Inn's or Hilton Inn's Brand Hotels I will not be staying anymore.! Also I asked for a bottle of water at front desk next morning before leaving and they said the charge would be $3.I declined and left. Will not be back at this Hampton INN or any other Hilton property until i get a response.

Quiet, clean hotel. Staff are friendly. 4 weeks after my stay, I’m still waiting for the security deposit to be refunded in full. They acknowledge there is an issue, but that’s where the help stops.
