STARTER ESSENTIALS: We provide our guests with all linens (sheets, bath towels & beach towels) as well as a complimentary starter pack of essentials including: toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, kitchen necessities such as garbage bags, paper towels, hand and dish soap, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent. Please consider the length and purpose of your trip when planning your stay with us - our essentials are provided to get your vacation started.



Guests may access all areas of the home, backyard and dock. Please take caution at the edge of the water along the property. Storage room with extra refrigerator is locked but key is provided for your use.



I give my guests space but am available when needed. Easy check-in/out with personal door code. No keys to carry. We're available during your stay for any of your needs. Our goal is to make sure you have the BEST experience. Don’t hesitate to book…you won't be disappointed! Pets are welcome but require additional fee. PLEASE MAKE THIS KNOWN AT BOOKING.



Guests must not be disruptive to neighbors. This home is in a quiet, family community. No events or drop by guests without prior permission. If any complaints are received, you will be asked to vacate WITHOUT REFUND. The interior of the property is NON SMOKING. $500 fine for smoking/vaping inside.
