Home to stunning views of the Charlotte skyline, Fourth Ward Park, and some of Uptown's most historic architecture, this well-appointed apartment offers everything you'll need for a fabulous stay in the Queen City.

As you enter the Flat you will be greeted by a charming living room with a large futon, sitting chairs, a 40" TV offering satellite & streaming, and happy colorful decor. In the kitchen, you will find appliances, spacious counter-tops, dining-ware, and all the cooking essentials you could possibly need to make a perfect meal! A washer and dryer are located inside the Flat, so there is no need to go home with dirty laundry! We liked the neighborhood, and the convenience to the stadium. The deck area is very nice. The room was tastefully decorated. Laura was a great hostess.

Very nice location!

Property is completely as described. Its close to everything, walking the area safe and easy. We did have an issue with door lock. Called Laura it took couple hours but they got it resolved. Has all the little extra items. Will say temp in the house go up and down during your stay because thermostat isn't in your space. But we used small heater and it helped the second night. Great place to stay!
