Charming home in a very quiet, safe neighborhood. Wood floors very cool, must be the original floors. Had a small issue when we first arrived. Appeared the cleaner had stepped in some mud and left marks in the entry way and there was no hand soap or small shampoo/shower gel in bathroom. Contacted Valerie and she responded quickly; had some soap delivered but did not address the floor or shampoo issue. Have not ever stayed somewhere that shampoo or gel was not there. No kitchenware to use in oven at least that I could find. We only used one room and the King bed was very comfortable and fans in all bedrooms made it easy to sleep at nighttime. Nice backyard and very private. Did not use the washer or dryer but nice to have available. No issues with the internet or TV. Easy drive to downtown Charlotte.
