Nice, spacious basement space with dedicated back access. Top quality bedding. Large inviting living room with big flat screen and bose surround sound. Blazing fast internet (wifi) and google mesh. Stocked kitchen. Property located very close to downtown Mooresville. Close to restaurants and shopping , Banking and much more. 25 minutes to Charlotte. Lake norman very close by as well. Plenty parking

Never again

I booked and paid for the rental but never received check-in information. I am waiting for a reimbursement from VRBO. VRBO did pay for us a hotel room for our first night. The property owner contacted me 24 hours after we should have checked in to tell me the property wasn’t available.
