"This rental property was nice and offered a very comfortable stay. The interior was well-maintained and nicely decorated, providing a pleasant atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the comfortable beds and sinks in a couple of the bedrooms. The flat is near several bus routes, making travel quite easy. Alastair was wonderful and very communicative, and when I had a question about the WiFi he responded to my text right away! "The flat is cute and close to the mile It is up a steep alley way, so not good for people with mobility issues. We immediately realized the instructions to turn on the boiler and heater were incorrect; (after calling we found out the switch is on the kitchen counter and not the bedroom closet). "It was comfortable and well equipped. It was generally clean but not deep cleaned. Example: the shower drained slowly and the drain not cleaned properly; kitchen washing up brushes needed replacing; the outside of the windows were not clean. "The photos on the ad looked nice and the amenities sounded good but we were disappointed to find green mold in the coffee maker and black slime in the washing machine; an intermittently functional microwave and an ineffective clothes dryer with a door that popped open when we tried to use it and a panel in the bottom that wouldn't stay on. "Really good location, lots of shops and restaurants nearby, 10 minute walk into the centre. 3 bedrooms, with 4 double beds. Comfortable and plenty of towels etc. Spent 3 days here and all in all was great for the price."
