This house was perfect for the women in my family to get away for a weekend celebration. It was very comfortable, beds and bathrooms for everyone and the location can't be beat. Looked just like the photos, maybe even better in person. Would stay again and recommend.

The property was beautiful, comfortable, and location was fabulous!!! Would definitely stay here, again, in the future!!! The ONLY negative, if had to find one, is that we had 3 couples staying in the 3bed/3bath, and parking was a little tight, at times, but it was not bothersome, and did not affect our enjoyment!!! Loved our luxurious bedrooms and bathrooms!!! Thanks for a great weekend!!!

I am so impressed with every detail that this property thought of. Not only was the unit decorated in a modern, cozy way but the consideration of laying out bath towels, providing fans and sound machines, and stocking the showers with essential toiletries was such a nice touch. The location was perfect in relation to King Street and I would happily stay at this location again!

This location was perfect for 4 women in their 30s to experience Charleston but able to escape the hustle of King St. Bistronomy by Nico was by far our favorite restaurant and it is a 4 minute walk from the property. There was plenty of space for all of us to get ready. Two of us shared a King bed which worked great for us. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Great location and very nice place. They are currently doing construction immediately next to the property so it’s loud and construction workers there all day during the week. That was the only downside, but otherwise such a great time!

Darling! Clean, comfortable, well equipped. My daughter and I had a quick getaway for a day of shopping. We enjoyed our stay! The property as a whole is beautiful. The description does state that there is construction going on next door but it was not noisy or bothersome at all. Thank you!

Lovely house in historic district walking distance to restaurants and downtown shops. Sits back off street so nice and quiet. It is a first floor unit with another unit above. You could definitely hear people moving around upstairs but nothing too annoying. Management was great with communication and was even able to accommodate us with an extra parking spot as street parking was not always available and it was pay to park.

The property is in an excellent location and the furnishings are chic and comfy. Everything that you might need to cook with is there. A few things that weren’t great are that the trash cans were full our entire stay and there was only one recycling can for all the units and it was full as well. Not that anything can be done, but we were on the first floor and whomever was above us seemed to stomp their way around the unit above at all hours of the day/ night. parking off street was a perk. Overall enjoyed our stay.

The property is beautiful but please beware of the windows in the bathroom. There is no privacy. You can see through the bamboo shades. I am sure that we gave the neighbors a good show, it took a day to realize that you could be seen. I did reach out to property manager and was told that they are aware and someone must have pulled the liner off that they had put up. Also the curtains in the living room do not cover the windows so again your privacy is minimal.

This unit is more beautiful than the pictures shown in the listing. Everything was ideal about our stay aside from on major issue. The sound from the upstairs unit was ever present. On the second night of our four night stay, the upstairs guests returned after quiet hours (9pm) and continued their partying - music, dancing, singing, etc. Our family stayed up playing cards until around midnight, so we weren't that bothered. When the partying continued until 2am, my son contacted the property manager and went upstairs himself to tell them to quiet down. Credit to the property manager for also contacting them about the noise. They did quiet down at that point. Aside from that specific incident, you can still hear footsteps, toilets flushing and muffled talking at all hours. We likely would not to choose to stay in this unit again for this reason. All aspects of this property are otherwise terrific. You'll enjoy your stay at this unit if you don't mind noise from the above unit.
