The Space:
**Amazing house for a group of friends or a bachelorette weekend or a family wanting to spread out a bit.**

Sleeps 8 as follows:

Maximum 6 adults. (Will allow additional 2 children).

Parking: This unit offers ONE off-street parking spot. Additional parking is located a block away in the City of Charleston parking garage at a charge of $18 per day.

This is unit is fully licensed and legal with the City of Charleston under STR Operational Permit OP2024-05229 and Business License BL029877-08-2022.

Guest Access:
Each of our vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guests’ stay will be provided the day prior to your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, our team would be happy to assist.

Once you confirm your reservation at The Wonderer, you will receive a link to book your time to visit the Campus. Please note, all fitness classes and ticketed events are offered based on availability and may come at an additional cost. Day Passes are available with required pre-registration via a link that will be shared with you upon booking.

Day pass reservations at The Wonderer for guests of this property are completely free of charge. The Wonderer’s on-site parking lot is a paid lot, however there is free on-street parking in the area subject to availability.

Please note: availability at The Wonderer is not guaranteed without a confirmed reservation. The number of available day passes remains strictly first-come, first-serve. If you plan to enjoy The Wonderer anytime between April 15th - September 1st, we strongly suggest booking in advance to guarantee access.

The Wonderer has a minimum age requirement of 25 years old (unless you're a member, a guest of a member, or receive a special exception from club management).

The house is minutes to the very popular Upper King Street district where you will find a multitude of great shops, bookstores, and fashion boutiques - as well as amazing restaurants!

You can walk anywhere and everywhere in Charleston, but just in case, here is a list of the top transportation services:

The DASH trolley is free in Charleston. There are 3 routes, and two of the routes have stops just blocks from this property. More information can be found with the route map on the DASH website.

PETS - As much as we love the four-legged members of your family, we do not allow pets at this property.

SMOKING - No smoking is allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is only permitted outside of the property at least 10 feet away please.

LUGGAGE DROP-OFF - For guests with early arrival or late departure flights, luggage dropoff is allowed upon request for free.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON POTENTIAL FOR NOISE: Please note that there is a noise ordinance in this neighborhood from 10pm to 8am daily, so if you are enjoying yourself please stay inside and be considerate of the neighbors. Our location offers the vibrant energy of a lively urban setting, with fantastic dining, entertainment, and music venues nearby, including those on King Street, just a block away. While we comply with the city's noise ordinance and cannot control external noise, we advise guests that street noises and typical urban sounds are to be expected. We do not provide discounts or refunds for noise-related complaints. By renting this unit, you acknowledge and accept the potential for noise as described.

EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES HURRICANE POLICY: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor during the dates of your stay specifically for the county in which the property is located, the extenuating circumstances policy will be in effect, and we will refund any deposits or payments paid by the guest. We shall have no additional liability concerning the reservation. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued, then THE STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT SHOULD THE GUEST CHOOSE TO CANCEL THEIR RESERVATION. If inclement weather in any other part of the country or world during the dates of stay prohibits or alters the guest (or any individuals in the guest's group) from traveling to the property, a refund will not be issued, and we shall have no liability with respect to the reservation. During months when there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance.

Great Stay

Stayed here during a girls' trip. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. It was super close to King Street, and we were able to walk to most everything.

Great location in Charleston

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a great spot for location. Close to buses and visitors center. Able to walk or ride free buses everywhere. We traveled with friends and enjoyed hanging out in the living room when not sightseeing. Very clean and had everything we needed.

Awesome location!

This is the cutest little spot in the best location! We had some trouble with the lock code at check-in, but the property management team was very responsive and fixed the issue within 30 minutes of arrival. After that hiccup, it was perfect!

Brand New Every

The condo had everything we needed; 3 very comfortable beds, great shower pressure with hot water, working air conditioner and an on-site parking space that fit a pick up truck. It was a very comfortable space and had nice fluffy towels and bed throws. All was great and as pictured; we had a short walk to dinner at a fabulous restaurant and a few bars. Would def stay here again.

Asheville is a fun place

This property was perfect for us. Father and 2 adult boys. We each had a bedroom and our iwn bathroom. The boys used the hot tub both nights and even on the morning of our departure. A nice somewhat rural setting. The deer near the property were very tame and did nit runsway.

Good Location

While the location and house were clean and nice it is in a high traffic area near a firehouse. The water preassure was awful in both bathrroms. The kitchen sprayer had more pressure.
