Great Property!

The property was clean, comfortable, and with plenty of space. The kitchen was well equipped. Communication with the rental company was excellent. There was off-street parking in the back of the building. We couldn't have been happier with our decision to rent this particular unit and would definitely recommend it!

This is a lovely apartment upstairs right next-door to our son’s apartment on King Street. Wonderful location and very tasteful and comfortable accommodations. We will definitely stay here again!

Charleston Girls Trip

Everything was exactly as it was advertised. Great location. We had a problem with our ice maker and they were there very quickly to fix the problem. I would stay here again and definitely recommend. The little courtyard was an added bonus and perfect to sit and have a drink and meet others staying there.

Girls weekend stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the guesthouse. It was a perfect location to King Street. It had cute shops and a coffee shop around the corner we walked to in the morning. It was easy to access from the main road and highway as we explored the area. We would stay here again and recommend this for people looking for a cute spot to stay.

Great Stay

We stayed here for a wedding given the proximity to the venue, but would definitely stay here next time we are in Charleston. The location was great and the unit was gorgeous and well stocked. My toddler accidentally locked us out of the bathroom and the owner was over within minutes to help us. Would definitely recommend!

It was the cutest little place! One of the extra blankets did have blood on it, but that was the only thing we noticed! Everything else was clean! It is a great location and is within a short driving to everything we did!

Genuine Charleston Stay!

This home was so spectacular and full of rich history of Charleston. It was an absolute gem! Aside from the amazing historical aspect this home has amazing mattresses, linens, and the kitchen had wonderful amenities and everything needed! By far the best rental property I’ve stayed in! This property is an absolute must!!

Terrific property!!

This is our second experience in two months with GuestHouse. Both were great!! This property was as advertised- very comfortable and nicely done. Location was also great- one block to upper King street. Easy walk to all of downtown Charleston. We would definitely rent this again!!

Great Location

The location is so close to King Street and all the areas any tourist would want to go to. We did travel during the winter storm over Christmas and had some issues with pipes and hot water, nothing the property could have done to prevent it but they were very accommodating to our needs and the communication with them is excellent. We will definitely be staying with this management group again and more than likely in the same cottage.

Very Nice Stay

Can't say enough good about this place. It was a nice space for the two of us, but would be equally nice for four, being 2 bed/2 bath. It was in a great location. We parked our car in the space provided and walked everywhere. It's really close to the main drag, which is King St. Great restaurants and history abounds. Highly recommend this place and Charleston, SC. Do yourself a favor and take a historical carriage tour right off the bat, so you learn of all the area attractions. It's a lot of fun too.
