Great Getaway!

Loved our time here! Cozy, clean, and thoughtful. Sarah is a super host! Loved the location as well, very convenient to explore both the city and beaches, and it felt like a super safe area. Would visit again!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Perfect space in a great location!

The property was as described in the listing and situated in the perfect location - close to beach and downtown Charleston. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back next time we are in town.

Fantastic host and great location!

We had a great experience staying here. Sarah is a host who will go above and beyond to help - and she was always quick to respond. The location was perfect! Most activities were 10-15 min away. We stayed here with our 4 year old, and we had plenty of space. Access to the neat backyard was also very much appreciated. Would highly recommend staying here!

Amazingly charming

The guesthouse was charming. The location was perfect to get to Folly Beach, Shem's Creek, the Angel Tree and downtown Charleston. A very enjoyable place. We will return soon.

Perfect stay!

Sara‘s house was meticulously clean, very conveniently located (10 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to downtown, restaurants within walking distance), the “busy “road was never an issue, it was dead quiet at night. We had a great time in Charleston, and at Folly Beach, and will definitely be back!

Fantastic Charleston Getaway

Everything we needed for our get away.. the location was close to everywhere we wanted to go. The beach gear at the house came in handy when we spent the day at Folly beach.

For a one bedroom it had plenty of space and had everything you needed. For us it was a perfect location too. The communication was great which made everything very simple and easy. Highly recommended.

Perfect for our infant son

We had a mini family vacation in Charleston with our 18 month old son. It was so nice that there was a pack n play and portable high chair and we didn’t have to pack ours. It wasn’t too far from downtown and it worked well for our visit!

Convenient and Cozy

This place is fantastic and exceeded my expectations! The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Very comfortable, and just a short drive to downtown Charleston or Folly Beach. The host was very proactive and responsive. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great house and location!

We loved our stay! House was clean and no more than 10-15 minutes from everything Charleston has to offer! We really appreciated the fresh eggs and the pack and play for our 5 month old! The fire pit made for a great way to end the day. Would highly recommend!

I booked a quick beach vacation with my 3 boys. The space was just the right size for us and very clean. They enjoyed doing the dinosaur puzzle and discovering the toys and books. They enjoyed the backyard as well! Sarah was just a quick text away! It was great!

Clean and cozy

Loved this sweet spot. Perfect for my family of 4. The little extras like coffee, tissues and fresh eggs made the experience extra special. It’s nice to travel and not have to pack everything single thing. The backyard was a little oasis.
