"The apartment is the perfect size for 2. The hot tub was hot with a beautiful view. The pool was gorgeous. The sunsets were awesome. Ootlewah was quaint to explore, and a great distance from Chattanooga. Herby was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for both the indoors and the outdoors in that Chattanooga area."

"Loved it the only thing I didn’t enjoy were the beds they were a little uncomfortable but the couches were good to sleep on! The house was beautiful and clean. In a very beautiful area and close to amazing hiking areas. The ice cream place downstairs was an amazing treat as well."

"Phyllis was great. We showed her the grill had a little damage, just to make sure she was aware of it and didn't think we had damaged it. She immediately purchased a new grill, and had it set up for us within the hour. Will definitely be back. Cell phone service is limited, and wifi is unavailable, but i really enjoyed unplugging from electronics for 5 days. Thanks for the stay."

"Loved our stay! We were here for a wedding so didn't get as much time to enjoy the facilities but we were able to take a short hike and kayak on the river. Beautiful property, very clean and comfortable room perfectly set-up and with coffee/creamer in the room for our convenience. Kathi was so helpful every time we reached out. Highly recommend!"

We kayaked before the wedding and enjoyed our time catching up and playing guitar on the deck. "Very close to whitewater rafting so a big plus. The lamp plugs were worn out and unplugged the alarm clock for phone charger. The room was clean, but did have a mildew smell. Shower was hot and had some crazy water pressure, beds were comfy as well. Did not get up and ready in time to try their breakfast. Will definitely stay again when in the area."
