"The cabin was impeccably clean and well-stocked. The view is incredible! The weather was cool and rainy so we didn’t utilize the decks or the fire pit. We were able to squeeze in some hot tub time which was exceptionally clean and relaxing. Bed was comfy. We definitely enjoyed our stay."

Our cabin far exceeded expectations…clean, well decorated, river views watching bald eagles fly by ….all excellent. Mountain Mama’s had excellent communication and accessibility..even their own app. All their houses look amazing. Will return again."

"The tiny house is exactly as described. Its small, clean, cozy and comfortable. The location right on the river is fantastic. Being able to have a fire right by the water each night was such a plus. In better weather would be a great put in for canoeing, kataking. Very close many historic sights, unique shops, and outdoor activities. The hosts are very thoughtful, kind and responsive. "Wonderful place to stay. Quiet. Our first day I heard something on the front porch. It was a goat and a sheep. That was a nice welcome. My Boston Terrier loved the back yard but he thought the deer that visited daily was a dog. We have a mastiff. Every thing was clean and had every thing we needed to make our stay comfortable."

"This location is perfect as a base camp for exploring the area. The host was really nice and has outfitted the old cabin and its newer addition with everything you'll need. The host lives next door but is not visible from the cabin, so it feels woodsy! A big plus is that leashed dog(s) are welcome with permission from the host. Mountain roads, woods, starry sky, hidden driveway, tight parking area, table and chairs outside all lend a quaint and peaceful Blue Ridge atmosphere. We loved it!"

"The cabin had everything we needed for a wonderful, relaxing vacation to reconnect with our adult children. We were amazed at all the amenities and the attention to detail. We enjoyed evenings in the hot tub, grilling, and relaxing with games by the firepit on the back deck. In the mornings we watched the deer and their fawns wander through the backyard. We highly recommend this cabin. While we stayed with all adults, it is very appropriate for children also."
