"The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make sure our stay was easy and comfortable. The front desk arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport at 4:30 AM. The restaurant packed us some snacks for our early morning departure. And when my husband left his cell phone on the bed, the front desk arranged to have it delivered by taxi to the airport. We are so thankful for everyone working at the hotel."

"The room was nice and clean although the pillow was too soft for my liking, they do provide an extra pillow however. The breakfast was average ( boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, croissant, pain au chocolate, tea coffee, water, bread cheese, fruit and yoghurt). To get to Geneva city centre there is the number 64 bus next to the hotel which takes you to a tram which you then board to get to Geneva Cornavin. To get to the airport, the hotel provided me with a link to book the shuttle bus which cost €30 for 2 people with small luggages. In the bathroom there is only showergel and you need to close the toilet lid for it to flush properly. All in all fine for a 1 night stay before going to the airport "

"We had a great stay here for our trip to Geneva. It is right next to the bus line, which we used to get around in Geneva rather than our car. (We were later driving to Lauterbrunnen). At first when we arrived, we were a little unsure where we could park. The parking is below the building and was dark until we started driving… then the motion sensing lights came on. The room was very nice, although it remained quite warm in our particular room throughout our 3-night stay. Our daughter’s room was cooler. At least we had a fan. Loved the very large all cotton bath towels and great shower. We also used the laundry machines downstairs (requires you to install and app and pay online with a credit card). Very friendly staff and a nice stay! "

"Always a good experience at Greet stayed on 27th June. normally breakfast is inclusive but this time we had to pay a surprise for us. Normally very good but this time the choice was poor and it was only 09am. No cold meat or cheese. "
