"Hidden gem is just that a hidden gem, it's location is easily walkable to the shops, restaurants, pub, the beach and much more. It's quiet enough with maybe a little noise from passing traffic, it's compact but comes with enough space for what you need and I couldn't have asked for a better host, communication was brilliant and she was happy to help with any issues I may have had. Will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay near the seaside."

"We gas the first morning had till 11 am to have a hot drink. When hot water is on the boiler is very noisy. The bathroom was too narrow and the towel hooks stcking out did not help. The oven did not smell right when lit and we did not use it. "

"Just the perfect little beach getaway, we loved everything about the house and can’t wait to go back!"

"Had a great mini break with my grandchildren. Weather was ‘wall to wall’ sunshine. Accommodation was excellent had everything you needed. The beach was just across the road from the camp site. Chalet situated in a quieter part of the site and had a big grass area just outside"

"Host very friendly and welcoming. Beautifully clean and fab facilities with some really thoughtful finishing touches. The views were just wonderful and there is a pig and a pony, what more could you want!"

"A lovely property with plenty of space allowing for the easy movement of young child and dogs. Secure back garden. Close to a well-kept playing field with swings. Would fully recommend."

"We had a lovely stay here The host Sapphire was an amazing lady answered all our questions and made it so easy for us to settle in and even left us a book with everything we needed to know that was in the area The place was well equipped with everything we needed for our 3nts stay The place was very clean spotless The beds was all made for us.We had alittle garden with seating and a table where we had dinner with a view of the sea and watched the sunset so beautiful. "Fabulous accommodation well fitted out with much appreciated basic tea/coffee supplies etc. Handmade ice-cream in freezer a surprise bonus, & delicious.Location is peaceful & within good distance of surrounding areas. ‘Twas a bit of a challenge for us newbies to driving English roads to find, especially in the cloudy & rainy conditions. However, we highly recommend this property & would happily return anytime "

"We had a lovely week of fantastic weather! The area is very peaceful and has lots of bird life. We visited Bewl water and hired bikes, Bedgebury pinetum, Battle Abbey and Eastbourne. "
