"When we arrive to the hotel we were welcome with a hotel manager and his stuffs. He is really helpful in planning our day tour at the park and and prepare us for the journey. Staff will also /offer to drive /and pick up to any tickets station around the park. Room, are really large and comfortable with at view of the mountain. When we leave staff also offer as a ride to the train station and help us get to the right train. This service for us is beyond VIP!!! They (Manager) treated us like a families member. We wish we could go back every year!! "

"It was amazing, the couple that run the hotel were very hospitable and accommodating. The lady took from her own time to give us a guide on how to tour the city. The technology inside the actual rooms were top class as well. Heated toilets, automatic curtains, a pretty nice chandelier for a hotel. Not to mention, the scenery topped it all off. The swimming pool had nice scenery and I had a good time with my friends. The staff felt like family."

"I had an amazing stay at Lee’s Boutique! The staff were so incredibly kind and helpful. They helped me with navigating the city and all the parks I wanted to go. The area around the property was also very nice and quiet. I highly recommend going here!"

"The reception staff Alice is very helpful and accommodating,very patiently waited while I was having some technical issues issues with the Wise card.Alice was full of empathy and suggest we check in n rest and settle the payment when the system is resolved.upoñ checking out after Alice knowing that we have an early check out ,prepare 2 sets of takeaway breakfast in a bag which is very thoughtful.Apart from her good services,the room was not very impressive and is very run down with sheer curtains full of smell, could have been accumulate from months n smoking though not allowed.Bathroom tape was leaking.breakfast was reasonable but not fantastic as that of a Hilton.the most convenient is the cable car entrance to the Tianmem Gate is just opposite which saves lots of time and the eateries around "

"Beautiful property and amazing hospitality. We were only here for 2 nights but felt right at home. Frankie took care of everything even before we arrived to Zhangjiajie and arranged for our entire trip from start to finish, including daily transport in and out of the park, and our wonderful dinner one of the nights. We even sang karaoke on our last night. Its a lot of fun! I highly recommend if anyone is considering. The west entrance is also quiet and away from the crowds for a quiet retreat."

"We picked this one due to the convenience of being close to the Wulingyuan national park, glass bridge, Baofeng lake, and HuangLong cave, all the main attractions you need to do - besides the epic Tianmen mountain which is located in downtown ZhangJiaJie just 30 minutes away. Hotel offers transport service from airport and park, but this is for a fee. Taxis, however, are low priced and convenient. Hotel check in team and concierge (Mark) are wonderful so make sure to check in with him for assistance with booking park tickets, restaurant recommendations, and tips on how to navigate the 4 day itinerary in the area. Massage on site is great and at reasonable cost. Rooms are slightly dated and in the wintertime, all public areas are very cold due to heat not being turned on. Only downside to our stay is the terrible breakfast. Coffee is undrinkable but manager offered better Italian style coffee from the bar. Still better off going to Luckin across the street. Dinner is equally bad, but we also preferred Cantonese options since we can't handle the seasoning of Hunan cuisine. Location of hotel can't be anymore prime, within walking distance to the main park and downtown area with Hey Tea, shopping, and other dining options. Pool looks lovely but obviously closed during winter."

"We visited the hotel in off season so we have to expect that it is not up to full operation. I believe we were on two guests in this 900 plus room resort. The assistant manager was so helpful to us with researching things to do and places to eat in the area which made things much easier. The rooms were big and comfortable so no complaints there. I took advantage of the inexpensive in-house massages. Easy to get around using Didi. Would probably stay here again. "
