"We arrived after booking this “place” for an overnight stay while we were working in the area. The building looked unoccupied with painted out windows. As we had not received any communication from the management we were unsure how to access the building. The front door was unlocked so we explored inside. "Lovely area - Harlow Park. The property has a beautiful well- kept garden. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful, the atmosphere in the house was homely. Food and drink available to buy and prepare on site in the well- eqipped kitchen. Books and board games galore. "

"False and hidden fees when checking in, run down location, no grocery store near by, willingly un helpful and clueless staff, dirty room, horrid beds (I think prison beds would most likely be better) Hidden binding conditions about refunds. extra charges on every thing imaginable and felt very unsafe from the moment I walked through the door I lost time, money, and almost my passport (they expect you to leave your passport with them as ransom for their key) "
