"The location is genuinely one of the property’s strongest points, and the room size was adequate for our stay. Pricing is reasonable given the area.
However, several aspects fell short of expectations. The front desk staff member on duty showed little warmth — despite greeting her three times, there was no acknowledgment, which made us feel unwelcome. The constant monitoring of guests using complimentary amenities such as coffee and water added to the discomfort.
The most significant issue was the window air conditioning unit, which produced an extremely loud noise throughout the night. Traveling with a one-year-old, this made sleep virtually impossible — I did not get a full night’s rest for the entire stay.
The breakfast offering was well below standard and not reflective of the price point. Overall amenities were very limited compared to what similar properties offer."
