"I was very surprised that the room did not have a microwave. When I asked the Desk Clerk about it, I was told that some rooms did not have microwaves due to the full occupancy of the Hotel. That did not help me after I purchased two frozen snacks. I had a major issue with Expedia, when I asked to add one day to my reservation. When I called Expedia, I was unable to understand the agent and had to repeat my request and information over and over. I needed to use one letter at a time several times. As simple procedure took way too long. I will not use Expedia again."

"It was good but a little confusing. The electronic key did not work. The manager finally had to give us another room. The service was good and friendly. There was a good breakfast restaurant, not affiliated with the motel that was close by. The location was somewhat isolated. This had advantages and disadvantages depending on how you look at it."

"Great stay. Room was clean, nicely decorated. Bathroom was clean and bright. There was noise/voices I could hear from inside the room in the morning, but I was on the second floor so maybe it was workers below as I noticed there was maintenance just when going into the lobby."
