"Nice home with plenty of room for our group of 6 adults. Kitchen had everything we needed for food prep, beds were comfortable and rooms were large enough. The 2 TV's in separate living rooms gave the guys a place to watch football and the lady's to watch movies. Found a great restaurant, Hudson's Smokehouse, check it out "

"This little cottage is a real jewel. The owners have thought of every detail for your comfort. Pack your toothbrush and get ready for a delightful stay at the lake. Nice quite safe neighborhood, within walking distant of not one but two locally owned restaurants, a boat dock for launching your boat or jet skis. Seriously the only you will hate is having to leave. I have stayed at many VRBO properties but this one is by far my new fav!"

"We stayed in Columbia for 48 hours as we moved our daughter into her dorm at the University of South Carolina. The location was great and the home was perfect for the 3 of us. Clean and Cool. "The house is in a great location. Just minutes from base. It's the perfect size for big groups, and well stocked. The pictures look good online, however; in person the house needs some deep cleaning and paint has just been thrown on things in a hurry, I'm sure for faster rentals. The person before us left old meat wrapped in foil in the upper cabinets. I think the cleaning crew must have cleaned in a hurry just by the looks of the house. Some things were left broken, towel racks, outlets...

"This property has a lot of potential but it needs some TLC and organization. The furniture, layout, and decor were nice but it needs a major deep cleaning. The floors made your feet black if you didn't have shoes on, the tubs needed to be scrubbed, and there were dust and cobwebbs everywhere. "The house was very secluded and on a decent amount of land which was nice. We were able to put both big trucks and two boat trailers on driveway no problem. The cove that this house is in was very nice and secluded, fishing was good. There were tons a deer that came through the property. The house was clean overall. They have wasp killer in the pantry. We didn’t realize that until the end but definitely bring it down to the dock with you as there were some wasps. Also Saturday and Sunday...

"Rhe pictures do not do it justice. So very cute and cozy. The rooms are very roomy and the ceiling height is at least 9' which really makes the rooms feel bigger. Two tv's in opposite sides of the house. Great little fire pit picnic bench if you want to eat out side. There is a second rental above the garage so the driveway is shared plenty of parking for both units (2 cars per unit).
