"Check in was a bit “rocky” as we never received a check in code until after we called for assistance and were given the code - maybe a difference in time zones or cell reception??Absolutely LOVED the place! We spent more time at this property than other VRBOs we’ve stayed at just because it was so comfortable! Beautifully decorated and cared for. Everything you could need was there!Loved that we had a garage. View and location was everything we wanted. Will definitely stay again."

"This is place is a little tinier than I imagined, but the riverview is amazing everything else was as I expected. It's very close to the less-loaded park entry, and on the direct way to the town. Loved it. Jettub is in the actual room, but my children loved it and used it. The logistics was so great I can't describe it enough, to highlight we were there on the Labor Day weekend, we didn't feel any delays at all. Timed entry+ not loaded entrance and this park of the park also has enough right away as well as you can get to all the other parts."

"We enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. It was nice to be the tiniest bit away from downtown Estes park because it felt calmer and quieter. It was very easy to get into Rocky Mountain national park from the house. We had a 10yr old and 7yr old and four adults and everyone was very comfortable. We would stay here again!"

"Neither tv worked upon check in—finally used Emergency # & Allen came to fix them. An instruction book on operating Direct TV would help. Allen was GREAT!! Very nice updated bathrooms but no safety bars on tub or shower. Bed very comfortable. Futon makes miserable seating. No table but plenty of space for one. Coffee maker difficult to use. Loved the balcony..could use a little table out there. The staff were very helpful & friendly."

"I am torn as to how to review this cabin. It is a very cute cabin, perfect for staying in Estes Park, we had great communication with the host, and we had a great time there. However, there is no air conditioning. And I know a lot of homes in Estes Park do not have air conditioning but it was essential for us health wise. The listing only says ...it has heating but does not say nothing about air conditioning. I definitely should have clarified before we went. We had to stay out in town all afternoon and part of the evening so it could cool down and we could come back. I would recommend this cabin to anyone but just know that there is no A/C."
