"We had an absolutely amazing experience. This is, without question, one of the most beautiful and best hotels to stay at in Sapa. While it is priced higher than many other properties in the area, the value is exceptional—you truly get what you pay for, and more. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, hospitable, kind, and consistently courteous. The amenities are outstanding, the food is excellent, and every detail reflects quality and thoughtful service. We were especially grateful for the surprise welcome gifts—chocolates and fresh fruits—which made our stay feel even more special. The heated indoor swimming pool was a highlight, providing a relaxing and refreshing escape from the cold mountain weather. Another major convenience is the hotel’s direct connection to Sun Plaza – Sapa Station, making access to the tram to Fansipan incredibly easy and seamless. Overall, a true 5-star experience. Highly recommended."

The views are spectacular. We were fortunate to have sunny clear afternoons with breath taking mornings. Room 408 is recommended. Pool heared pool is perfect in the evenings."
