"We can't say enough about this property, its location and views, and communication with the hosts. Beautifully located on the Pasquotank River, which feeds into Albemarle Sound. It is so peaceful and the vistas are just great. We could have sat all day in one of the rooms looking out onto the river, watching the water, boat activity, and birds. So serene. "We loved the house. It's an old property, but very comfortable. It was a lot of house for two people, but it was one of those things. Who did we want to spend a week with. Turned out to be no one. And that was just fine. I have been under a lot of stress since December and this was exactly what I needed. It take a bit to figure out the switches and thermostats, etc. But its just a cool comfortable house. I want to go back next year."
