"Location is excellent. The pool is also fantastic just be aware there is no shallow end. Lack of A/C was a big drawback given the 30C temps. Also unfortunately they do not clean the rooms during your stay. We were there for 5 nights so the room easily got quite messy "

All sorts of beautiful pedestrian streets lined with shops are a few steps away. The big cathedral is very close, abd is truly beautiful inside. "A beautiful complex, in a truly stunning area of the Basque Country. The staff are great. Maria Vitorica spoke excellent English and was very helpful. Grounds are pristine - wonderful views of the ocean and hills; beautiful gardens; great exercise/obstacle course; tennis court and the pool is even better than the photos!
