"All the staff were very lovly, unfortunately i wouldn't rate this property as 5 star as its very warn and rough round the edges,. When we got to pur room 101 my husband ran a bath, the water was brown and had black bits floating around, we called house keeping and for the next 30 mins it was still not clear, so a guy on reception kindly moved us to a room where the water was clean.
