"Everything is great about this hotel. The staffs, the service, the rooms, and the facilities. Very reasonable priced. I stayed here multiple times, and among my top pick. Staffs are polite, yet very friendly. Rooms are perfect, new, clean, comfy, with fridge and even irons in the room. Probably best budget hotel in Bangkok that I have stayed. One issue with this lovely hotel is the location, which is located within a deep “soi” (alley), so it could be a bit inconvenient if you dont drive. But...

"What nightmares are made of. From the host being on a different level of sanity where I had to block them after 24 hours. I checked out 1 day after a 10 day stay. It’s absolute filth, I don’t care how much it costs. 95% of why they claim to offer on this site is false. Under no circumstance should anyone stay here. I’m not sure what cave the people who gave good reviews usually stay in. The host was offended I thought it was disgusting and continued to harass me on the app after I blocked them...
