It was a bit noisy at night, we heard a loud argument outside until 3 am one night. The shower is a half open door rainfall, so it is impossible to keep the floor dry. Be prepared though for 3 floor living, tight circular stairs, lots of antique decor and furnishings, base-only showers, inconsistent hot water etc. The AC and WiFi both work well though and there is off-street parking.
