Olvini Villa is built in a plot of 2000m2 with a lush garden, olive trees and a 45m2 heated swimming pool for adults and a 5m2 for kids. The villa is 230m2, split into three floors.
Entering the villa from the main entrance on the first floor, you will find a large living room, a dining room, a full equipped kitchen, a WC and a large terrace balcony with an unobstructed view to the pool and the White Mountains.
At the second floor looking at the 4 horizons, there are three cozy bedrooms, two with king size bed and a family room with two bunk beds. All bedrooms have their own open plan en-suite bathroom.
Next to the pool on the ground floor you will find an other stylish living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a bathroom and 2 comfortable bedrooms, one with double bed and access to the pool and the other one with two single beds which can be converted in one large double bed. The patio door from the living room leads to a large pool terrace with a built-in BBQ.
Most of the interior furniture and furnishings are hand-made by Cretan craftsmen, this special interior decoration combined with all the modern comforts of a luxury holiday home, offers a quality and high-end accommodation to our guests. Τhe carefully designed gardens and the sea blue heated pool, fit perfectly with the surroundings and give a sense of harmony.
Olvini Villa has a big gate with a sloping driveway and a large free space in front of the Villa to park your car hires.
Galatas village is in a particularly advantageous location in the wider area of Chania as it is very close to the city center, to the old Venetian harbor and to the most famous sandy beaches. The nearest beach (Golden beach) is 2 kilometers far from the villa. Very close to the neighborhood you can find taverns, shops and services (tourist police, etc.), covering all your daily needs. Also, the location is ideal for anyone wishing to explore the island as it is a few minutes away from the highway which leads to well-known beaches such as Ballos, Elafonisi, Falassarna, as well as the Samaria Gorge and other cities of Crete (Rethymnon, Heraklion, Agios Nikolaos).
