"Hotel meraviglioso. Posizione perfetta, nel centro di Chania ma fuori dal rumore e dalla ressa. Personale e servizi eccellenti. Colazione fantastica."

"We had an excellent, if short, stay. The hotel should really be 4 stars, hands down. Room (suite) was impecable, great furnishings and bedding, staff accommodating and free parking very convenient. The location is as best it can be, right in the harbor, with magnificent views. The only place we will consider if we return to Chania."

"Overwhelmingly positive and would stay here again. Pros - lovely helpful staff, our room was quiet and soundproofed from external noise or other guests, exceedingly close to amenities (harbour two minute walk, Old Town and bus station 15-20 Mon easy straight and flat walk, meaning closer to tons of restaurants, shops and transport to get around the island, nearby mini markets and pharmacies 2-5 Min walk away). Great accessible pavements for disabled persons but can be some loose paving and...

"Very well located hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok, could have had greater variety of breads, hot dishes and juices. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only downside was that the aircon had been switched off all over the hotel so had to keep windows open which meant there was a lot of noise from the street. Two of the rooms had sinks outside the bathroom"

"The service was very attentive, convenient locations , delicious breakfast and very comfortable bed and room ."

"Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel. Leider ist in der Beschreibung nicht ersichtlich, dass die günstigste Zimmerkategorie ggf. kein Fenster besitzt. Nach einem kurzen Gespräch mit der Rezeption wurden wir aber nach einer Nacht kostenfrei umgezogen und hatten dann ein Zimmer mit Balkon."

"The location was great in the old historic town with immediate access to restaurants and bars good wi-fi and friendly staff and clean rooms"

"This is a lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Old Town with character and charm."

"Staff was helpful. Great location. The rooms were a little tight."

"Can’t say enough about the staff at the Epavli Grace Hotel. They were extremely friendly and helpful . I had an insect bite and was unable to get anything for it as the pharmacies were closed in Sunday. The lady at reception called a friend at the hospital who immediately brought some anti sting cream to the hotel!!! Incredible! The rooms were large , clean and comfortable other than the hard sofa . The location was excellent and about a 10-15 minute walk to the waterfront shops and...

"Amazing hotel with a very caring staff. Would stay here again"

"My husband and I stayed at Avra Hotel for four nights and had a wonderful experience. Our room was comfortable, and the staff were very kind and welcoming. The only drawback was the limited parking available on the property. The hotel is within walking distance of the Old Town, and some street parking is available nearby."

"Hotel is beautiful. Its exactly what you’d expect to find in Greece. Staff was nice and helpful. Reason for 3 stars: The room was very spacious but cheaply built. The flooring was creaking and would flex a lot. The shower was emitting a mold smell and upon closer inspection, there was mold all along the perimeter of the shower. I hate to call out such a nice hotel however this may be a big issue with a certain crowd. I hope they take this into consideration for future tenants. Beyond these 2...

"One of those rare times when the place was as beautiful if not better than the pictures. Clean, well maintained, great location. The staff was very kind and Eva was a great communicator, stopped by to say hi at breakfast our first morning and was very hospitable."

"Everything was great. Just bathroom size bit tiny."

"We had an incredible time! The team helped us book activities, suggested plans based on our interests, were extremely kind and welcoming and the room and amenities were spectacular. To top it off the food was incredible! The breakfast greek yogurt with fruit and granola was my favorite ever. We cant wait to go back!"
