El apartamento no estaba muy limpio cuando llegamos. Había "algo" en el lavabo que parecía una maraña de pelos del anterior huésped, que no se veía a simple vista por el tapón pero sí cuando abrías el agua (era bastante asqueroso), manchas por el grifo y unas "migas" en el armario. Cuando llegamos la persona que estaba no hablaba inglés y tuvimos que estar hablando con otra por teléfono. Nunca volvimos a ver a nadie por recepción, esto es más bien como un "airbnb" pero sin cocina. Sí que agradezco muchísimo a la dueña que nos consiguiera reservar un taxi para el día que nos íbamos, ya que nuestro vuelo salía muy temprano. Por lo demás, es un sitio que estás rodeado de tiendas, restaurantes, etc pero muy silencioso para dormir y descansar, además de muy bien situado para moverte por la zona.

This place is the best! Location-wise, it's amazing, right on the border of Old and "new" Chania, walking distance to all the museums, shops, and historical sites and just a street down from the waterfront. If you walk in the opposite direction of the harbor, you reach a beautiful sandy beach in no time with tons of great restaurants. There's also a great coffee shop right below the rooms that serves great filtered coffee and also serves breakfast and amazing desserts. Rooms were clean, quiet, and well-appointed. I booked the split-level suite and traveled with my mom, who is really picky, and she could not stop marveling at the cute balconies, street, location and, most of all, our absolutely wonderful host, Argiro. Argiro really went above and beyond trying to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. She responded quickly on Whatsapp and let us stow our luggage in her office on checkout day for hours past noon. Definitely coming back to 48 Suites if I'm ever in Old Chania again and recommending to all of my friends! My mom is already planning to return for her next vacation.

Argiro was the best host, we ever had!!! She was so helpful in a difficult personal situation and she is always available and super friendly. We never ever met such a nice host like her! The apartment is super nice, each object is well-selected and of high quality, it is very stylish and comfortable as well. The location in old-town of Chania is brilliant (only parking is a bit difficult), the daily cleaning service was perfect - everytime spotless clean!! In my opinion, you can't stay better in Chania, so I can highly recommend The 48 Suites and we will definitly come back again!

Amazing experience!

Our stay in this place was amazing. The room was new, big and clean. It has very nice decor, comfy bed and smooth pillows. The hostess was really kind and willing to help us. The neighbourhood was amazing. Right in the heart of the town, in a traditional road, two minute walk from the old port. We will definitely stay there again. The experience was above our standards.

A perfect stay at Chania.

48 suites was a perfect stay. The complex is situated at the old town of chania. You can reach the main attractions of the city on foot. Our appartment was nicely decorated. Brand new. Extremely clean. All the amenities inside. Incuding a coffee machine. The owner was very polite, always ready to help. A perfect stay for us.

A New Jewel in Chania Old Town

We could not have asked for a better place to stay in Chania and very reasonably priced. Definitely a new jewel in the Old Town. Our first trip here and 48 Suites definitely made it a memorable one. You also get a bottle of Rakomelo and snacks as part of your welcome pack. The toiletries are of top quality.The host, Arirou (apologies if we spelt it wrongly) is such a lovely, very warm and hospitable person. She definitely went out of her way to make our stay so pleasurable - recommending restaurants, sharing her experiences of the area. For anyone to wish to visit Chania, this is the place to go to, we highly recommend it. She is open all year round. Arirou, thank you so much for looking after us when we were there and for the wonderful Rakomelo.

The manager was exceptional, she truely exceed expectations and was so friendly. We had such a positive experience. The hotel was very clean with lovely views, great location and overall very comfortable. I would definitely return and recommend to others.
